The Organic Expo & Green Show is credited every year for being an extremely well run, vibrant and energetic show. In particular our volunteers are always acknowledged by exhibitors, celebrities and visitors for making this happen. We cannot run the show without our amazing volunteers so we need you to help us again in Sydney in 2011. You'll find it's a fun day out, get to see how the show works from behind the scenes and meet lots of people. No prior experience is necessary, just a 'can-do' attitude and your cheery personality. For students this can even form part of your work experience. All volunteers get:
- An official expo t-shirt to keep
- An organic lunch, snacks and beverages throughout the day
- 2 FREE tickets to give to their family and friends to come to the show (valued at $38)
Did you know that by volunteering at the Organic Expo & Green Show you can live longer! Well that's according to new research by the Corporation for National and Community Service. This has shown that volunteers have lower mortality rates, higher functional ability, less incidence of heart disease and lower rates of depression later in life than non-volunteers. Find out More
